Belkız Güler

Clinical Operations Director

Belkız is an experienced nurse with a Ph.D. in Forensic Sciences from İstanbul University. She advanced her expertise in clinical trial planning and execution through specialized research training at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). As the first clinical research nurse at Koç University, she played a pioneering role in establishing and managing research operations. Throughout her career, she has contributed to various pharmaceutical and medical device studies, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Buket Alpdoğan

R&D Director

Buket Alpdoğan received her bachelor's degree in Biology from Ankara University and completed her Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Medicine at Koç University. During her doctoral studies, she led multiple translational research projects and gained extensive experience in clinical biomarkers, immunopathology and molecular designs. Since 2022, she has been pursuing her career at Vivosel.

Sinem Tan

Quality Director

Sinem Tan is an accomplished quality executive skilled in leading quality improvement and compliance initiatives in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with over 25 years experience. She has a comprehensive knowledge and experience both in sterile and non-sterile drug product manufacturing. Previously, Ms. Tan has held positions at Bilim Pharmaceuticals, Mustafa Nevzat Pharmaceuticals / Amgen and Humanis Healthcare.
